Telehealth

With Telehealth you can meet with your counselor through video and audio on your computer or mobile device.

If you are choosing Telehealth there are some important things for you to note.

Just like in person sessions, telehealth is private and confidential.

To ensure confidentially you should have a private room that is free from noise and distraction.

You will need a computer, smartphone, or tablet with built in webcam and audio capabilities.
For smartphones you will need to download the Telehealth by SimplePractice app

For optimal results, a reliable, high- speed internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 10 mbps will minimize connection issues and provide the best quality.

Once you have made scheduled your telehealth session, your counselor will send you more information about how to connect with your device and FAQ about telehealth.
